It sells fro about $60.00.  A bargain in comparison to guitar lessons.  You can learn a wide range of guitar songs, styles and technique.

Save up to a dollar a gallon of gasoline!

If you haven't heard, you can save up to a dollar a gallon at Kroger's fuel stations!  All you have to do is agree to signup to the Kroger's card buy groceries and prescriptions.  You will accumulate points.  I average sixty cents a gallon a week.  It only takes me about a week to accumulate these points.   I really don't shop any differently, then if I was shopping at Target or Wal-Mart. This is by far better then, the 3 cent discount at everywhere else.

Yerba Mate! A drink from the Rain Forest of South America

Yerba Mate

Try Yerba Mate.  It's an alternative to coffee.  It has 150 mg of caffeine and only 50 calories.  It's packed with antioxidants and minerals.  This tea is essentially an energy drink.  You can usually find it in a health food store.  I actually found it at my local grocery store.

Now I have an easy way to get that afternoon pick me up drink without a coffee pot. Just grab one of these cans and through it in my lunch box or cooler, and I'm ready to go.  Enjoy!

Logitech Video Quick Cam Fusion Review.

Here is my review of the Logitech Quick Cam unit and software.

The thing I like about the Logitech Quick Cam Fusion it's easy to use.

It comes with some pretty cool features like avatars, head and face gear.

Things I don't like. It doesn't have a good way to attach to your monitor or lap top.  I'm actually using tape.
It doesn't work well with other programs either.  There is a noticeable delay.  I don't know if its a processor issue or a memory issue. I've added a video so you can get the just of it.

It seems that Maine, Wyoming, Alaska are a bit safer. Stricter gun laws probably won't matter.  It just shows where there are probably a lot of bad people among good people.
